The book "Six Prisons and Two Revolutions" by Oliver Baldwin, the son of British Prime Minister Stanley Baldwin, who arrived in Armenia upon Alexander Khatisyan's invitation and served in the RA army in 1920-21, has already been translated into Armenian. This book recounts the author's adventures in a little-known corner of the world, where he was the only European eyewitness to history's greatest national tragedy. This is a view of Bolshevism from the inside, a portrayal of prison life through the eyes of a prisoner, and the mourning of martyred people who suffered, according to the author, "for believing in the promises of the superpower". His portrayal of a month-long detention, which amounted to a death sentence, paints a vivid image of the chaos of revolution and counter-revolution that Mr. Baldwin and his relatives experienced.
